Title: Eddy Current Testing

We also make mistakes. But only on purpose.

We apply eddy current testing on conductive materials, such as tubes/pipes, drop forgings and wires. Or to be more precise: to locate surface and closetosurface flaws. The particular advantages of this electromagnetic method are a high sensitivity in regards to even microscopically small defects and exceptionally high testing speeds without the use of consumables.

This testing method is therefore particularly suitable for the efficient testing of inhomogeneities and cracks in series production parts. For the device calibration a reference flaw is specified. All flaws larger than the reference flaw are detected.

TPW ROWO uses devices from Nortech and Elotech; probes are designed or developed depending on the job definition. Assuming you are not afraid to accept a flaw as reference to quality.
